Private and online hypnobirthing courses

Private classes are conveniently in your home or online, allowing us to spend more time on things that are relevant to your birth and interests. These sessions include my ongoing support through to your fourth trimester.

Full Course: two to four sessions covering 10 hours of material plus an online follow up for you to book anytime you wish after the course. The investment: £575 (Online: £425)

Refresher Course: for those who have done a course in the past, or are limited by time and happy to do their own homework. 3 hours. The investment: £210 (Online: £170)

In person rates listed are for Tower Hamlets and Hackney residents. Please email me for rates outside of these boroughs. It’s also possible to do these sessions in Yoga on the Lane (E8) or Move (E3) for an additional hire fee.
