Come away with us for the most lovely and restorative weekend. Indulge in daily dynamic and restorative yoga practices with Rosie Gold and myself plus a bounty of lovingly prepared food and a beautiful sound bath by Breige Corr-Coward. Everyone’s absolute favourite, Becky Clarke, is with us again providing treatments. November is the perfect time to rest and reflect, and Tresillian House is the perfect place set on 22 acres with a large apple orchard, an ornamental lake and the ocean only 10 minutes away. We absolutely love hosting this annual autumnal retreat and spaces sell fast so don’t wait too long! More details below.

What’s included:

  • Twice daily vinyasa and restorative yoga practices (including yoga nidra) plus a workshop with Rosie and Katrina. Mats and props available.

  • Three nourishing meals plus tea, coffee, snacks and cake daily; and a beautiful sound bath all lovingly offered by Breige Corr-Coward.

  • Twelve beautiful, mostly en-suite rooms between The Manor House and The Apple Store, with the option of a private room with en-suite.

  • The White Company bedding, towels and REN products are provided.

  • Tresillian House is stunning, with several communal areas and it’s own spacious studio; it’s set on twenty-two acres of replenishing and beautiful nature in Cornwall and only a ten minute drive away to the Atlantic Ocean/Newquay.

Please arrange:

  • Your own travel. If traveling from London, you can take a train from Paddington direct to St Austell followed by a twenty-five minute taxi to Tresillian House. There are parking spaces available for those driving. We will create a Whatsapp group for those interested in organising group discounted train tickets and shared taxis.

  • Becky Clarke is with us again, offering the most amazing massages and facials with an extra day to enjoy them at a special retreat rate.

  • There is a non-refundable deposit of £150 to hold your space and the final amount is due six weeks before the retreat. Most guests arrange a small monthly standing order to spread the cost. In the event you cannot attend, we’re happy to work together to try and transfer your deposit.
