Private and Corporate Sessions

A senior yoga teacher experienced in a range of teaching styles and practices (from practices of rest and meditation to pre- and postnatal and strong dynamic flows), I offer sessions, in person or online, that are fully tailored around you or your group. Please inquire as costs may vary in relation to number of sessions, location and financial need.

“Eastern philosophy teaches us not to take instruction uncritically, but rather to filter that instruction through our own experience so that it becomes even more meaningful in our own practice and in our teaching of others. I believe whole-heartedly in this… questioning everything that doesn’t feel right, even your teachers; and therefore, there are a lot of things that inform my teaching, but mainly my students, so thank you.”

Katrina

I found yoga while studying for my BSc in human biology at the University of California - San Diego and from 2011 it became a (much loved) career I never planned on. Jason Crandell, Kristi Rodelli and the students and ethos of Yoga on the Lane (shaped by Naomi Annand) have been influential to my teaching, but personal practice through the years (especially through pregnancy and postpartum) have perhaps shaped it most of all. Ultimately, working towards balance is important to me so class will likely reflect this - a balance of strength and mobility, increased energy and mindful rest, compassion and discipline - to meet you where you’re at on the day. A personal witness to the changes yoga can bring to someone’s life, I find it hugely rewarding to share these practices with others.
