Indulge in daily vinyasa and restorative yoga with Rosie Gold and myself, and plenty of nourishing food and a beautiful sound bath by Breige Corr-Coward. West Lexham’s “Barn” is the pefect venue for an autumn retreat - spacious with mighty underfloor heating and surrounded by nature’s beauty. We find November the perfect time to pause and rest in the company of community and friends after a busy summer and before the festive period. We absolutely loved hosting this retreat last year and we’ve already sold over half the spaces so don’t wait too long!

What’s included:
vinyasa and restorative yoga with Rosie and Katrina, mats and props available
plenty of nourishing food and a beautiful sound bath by Breige Corr Coward
beatiful en-suite bedrooms accessed from the central courtyard (sleeps 2) with towels and organic hand soap and body wash included
underfloor heating, cosy sitting room with log fires, private garden with fire pit, wild swimming for the brave and walks on 22 acres of replenishing and beautiful Norfolk nature.

Please arrange:
your own travel. There is a large car park available for those driving.
we can organise shared taxis for those traveling by train.
there is a non-refundable deposit of £150 to hold your space and the final £400 is due one month before the retreat. £50/month from January would have it paid off in August! In the event you cannot attend, we’re happy to work together to try and transfer your deposit.
if you’d like a private room, please let us know and we’ll try our best to accomodate you with a supplemental fee.
